Back???

How do you explain, being back where you should be and yet feeling much more estranged than you've ever been in your whole life?

I wouldn't say I'm having cultural shock. I just picked up....different values. Some are good (and I intend to keep it), and some are bad (I admit it, though it's been so hard to get rid of it). It's just that...being the stubborn person I am, I don't see why I should change what I considered to be a good value, just because it made me different. Different from what I used to be, and different from everybody here.

Anyhow, I'm back. For now? For good? I can't really tell right now. I only hope I don't regret my decision of coming back.
